Why? Because we are firm believers in nurturing inclusive cultures to grow an increased sense of belonging, more engagement, higher employee retention, better communication and collaboration, increased innovation, and ultimately, better business performance.
We start every project with assessments. We kick off with the Cultural Profiler, where we assess culture across 10 dimensions. Then, we measure the organisation’s capacity to change through our Intercultural Competency Assessment. Finally, we run our Inclusion Monitor to set a baseline on inclusive culture. Each organisation is different, and therefore, the monitoring rhythm various per business too. Together we agree how frequently to repeat assessments to keep track of progress.
Through our training courses we close gaps on topics such as diversity, inclusion, belonging, intercultural communication and collaboration. Our courses and workshops focus on understanding bias and growing cultural awareness, as well as improving interpersonal skills, building trust within teams - and growing cultural impact by honing in on influencing and negotiation skills. We apply a social learning approach to all our courses, meaning we combine classroom, online and collaborative learning.
Each project focuses on understanding your reasons for wanting to work on diversity, inclusion and belonging. Together we make a plan for running initial assessments, set goals and plan interventions; be it in the form of training, internal communication or employee engagement initiatives.
